How to Make Order ???

1. Please send us the following details or submit the Order Form at below : -

b) Product Name :
c) Colour :
d) Quantity :
e) Delivery Preference :

2. We will try to reply you within 3 working days for the confirmation of your order.

3. Once order is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation email including the postage fee and our bank account details, If you don't received our reply email in your Inbox, please do check your Spam/Junk Box.

4. Payment must be done within 2 working days after receive our order confirmation.

5. Please send us a notisfication after payment done via email.

6. After Payment have been confirmed :-
Item(s) within 5 - 10 Working Days to arrive.
(Please place an order if you are willing to wait and be patient on the delivery of the loving item(s).)

7. For item(s) are out of stock, you can replace with another item(s). If really NO item(s) can be selected, full Amount will be given back.

How to Make Repair ???

1. Browse 2 photos for the repairing item(s) : -

a) One photo taken on the whole item(s).

b) Second photo taken on the place of damaged. If that item(s) more than one place damaged then browse more photos.

c) If you have any require on the place of damaged let us know. We will try our best to fulfill your requirement.

2. We will reply you within 3 working days with the amount charges on your repair item(s) including the postage fee.

3. Once you agreeable the charges email to us together with your Name, Mail Address & Contact Number, we will given you the bank account details.

4. After payment made send us a notisfication via email. Our mail address will be given after confirmation of payment.

5. When received your item(s) we will notify you.

6. We need within 1 week time for the repairing. After repaired we will given you a notice before send the item(s) back to you.
